Children under 18 years of age will be allowed to access the lobby on the Heaven side. All hotel guests can now enjoy the lobby's amenities, which include the Cafetto, Ciao, and Frida restaurants.
Buildings one and two are exclusively for adults throughout the year, offering the Heaven experience. Gastronomic offerings for Heaven guests have expanded, featuring three new concept restaurants and an outdoor bar at the Eden Pool called Arribo Bar. The new restaurants are Umo, which is a Mexican Yucatan restaurant inspired by local and authentic ingredients, Wai, a specialty Thai restaurant serving handmade noodles in exotic flavors, and Faro, a perfectly balanced food hall with cuisine ranging from oven pizzas to bao buns.
Guests staying in the Heaven section also have the option of booking a deluxe swim-up room with private lounge chairs and views of the all-new Eden Pool. Guests must be 10 or older to enter, 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ years of age, or have parental or guardian consent provided via waiver. After 10 pm, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ years old.
