Starting August 2023 the resort will undergo a sweeping and comprehensive renovation in two phases. The renovations have been meticulously planned to ensure minimal inconvenience to guests throughout the entire process.
During the first phase, set to span 10 months starting in August 2023, the resort will embark on a magnificent journey of reinvention by renovating nine restaurants (eight of these restaurants are located at Royalton Riviera Cancun).
The pool bar will be renovated from April 01-20, 2024 as a result the main pool facing this bar will be temporarily closed during this time. Guests will continue to have access to the pool around the Dorado restaurant as well as the pools located at Royalton Riviera Cancun".
Simultaneously, starting September 01, 2023 the resort will be renewing the lavish suites. These improvements will be implemented in different sections throughout the resort and will take place in a slower pace.
The timeline and works have been carefully planned to avoid any disruptions to areas and floors that will affect guests in any way. Expected completion August, 31, 2024
