Round trip arrival and departure transfers between Cancun Airport and hotel or Tulum Airport and hotel, are provided by Hotel Xcaret Mexico.
Guests will be met by a Grupo Xcaret representative upon arrival outside of the terminal.

Starting August 5, 2024, the Catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres will be offered as part of the All Fun Inclusive® experience.
This new tour will include the following:
- Roundtrip transportation from Hoteles Xcaret to Isla Mujeres Pier Point in the Cancun Hotel Zone
- Round trip Catamaran ride from Cancun-Isla Mujeres-Cancun
- Certified crew on board of the catamaran
- Snorkelling tour on a reef
- Snorkelling gear and full-face mask.
- Premium drinks and hand fruit on board.
- Box Lunch
- Time at leisure at Isla Mujeres
- Option to return to Cancun by Ferry, instead of the Catamaran, if guests wish to spend more time in Isla Mujeres. Guests must always ensure to be on time for their return transportation to the hotel. If guests cross at a later time, they will not have the possibility to take their included transportation.

Xcaret Hotels have introduced a new No-Show Policy for their Parks and for dinner reservations.
A no-show fee of $25 USd will be charged to guests who do not request a cancellation with at least 24-hours advanced notice at the following restaurants and parks:
Dinner Reservations at: Teatro del Rio, Ha (non-refundable), Dominical Brunch (non-refundable)
Parks: Xoximilco, Xel-Ha, Xenotes, Xichen

Xavage Park will pause operations starting November 12, 2024 to redesign the experience. The reopening date will be announced when available.
Xenses Park will continue to operate as usual from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the Insomnia Experience will switch to a seasonal schedule, suspending activities as of November 11, resuming summer 2025.
