Important Notes

Club Mobay is available for all new bookings & subject to availability. It is applicable for reservations booked in the Junior Suite Ocean View room category or higher for a minimum stay of seven nights. It includes Bundle Service (for both arrival/departure experience) and subject to availability (depends on the availability of Club Mo-Bay). In order to make the reservation for the complimentary Club Mo-Bay service, guests must email their request to frontdesk.zombj@zoetryresorts.com and send a copy of their reservation/booking confirmation along with a copy of the confirmed flight information (arrival & departure) for all guests (flight information is required otherwise we are unable to confirmed the service). The Front Desk team will send back a confirmation letter via email confirming the service as long as availability permits.
