The Verandah Antigua

There is a local resort fee of US$24 per room, per night, that is to be paid locally and will be charged either at check in or check out on property.

Tourism Levy: There is a Tourism Guest Levy that is required to be paid locally. The Tourism Levy will be US$5 per person, per night for all guests ages 16 years and up.  This fee will be collected upon check in or check-out directly by the hotel.

This resort accommodates guests aged 16+ only.

Food Allergies & Ingredients

The kitchens, bars, and food outlets at the resort use wholesome ingredients, which may include peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, nut-based oils, eggs, shellfish, shrimp and shrimp paste, seafood and seafood pastes, soy, milk, wheat and other items that may be potential allergens.

Due to the all-inclusive nature of the resort, it cannot be guaranteed that food items will not come in contact with potential allergens, even if a particular dish does not normally include these ingredients.

Special Diets / Dietary Restrictions
In an all-inclusive setting, the hotel is unable to accommodate meals due to dietary restrictions.

Additional Rollaway beds are also available. One rollaway is available per room at an additional $20 (USD) per night; charge subject to change without notice and maybe subject to local taxes. All requests for rollaway beds should appear on rooming lists and are not guaranteed. The rollaway fee is to be paid locally on property. Roll-away beds are not allowed in Waterfront or Superior Waterfront Rooms

Credit card required at check-in: Guests are required to provide a credit card which will be authorized for US$350 per room to cover incidentals.

American Express credit cards will not be accepted to pay local charges and incidentals at the resort. 

The Mamora Bay Divers scuba diving operation based at St. James’s Club & Villas Antigua is no longer available. Therefore, as a result the selling scuba diving excursions will no longer be available at this resort.

A fee of $40 US per person applies when dining at Nicole's Bistro. Price subject to change without notice.

Please be advised, the Neighboring hotel, Hammock cove is currently working on 10 new villas. Work is expected to continue over the next couple of months until completion resulting, intermittent noise and visual distraction that may be observed in some public areas such as beach by guests.

Kindly note that housekeeping services are provided to guest rooms every other day during your stay. This aligns with the resorts sustainability goals of reducing water, electricity, and detergent usage.
