Xcaret Hotels have introduced a new No-Show Policy for their Parks and for dinner reservations.
A no-show fee of $25 USd will be charged to guests who do not request a cancellation with at least 24-hours advanced notice at the following restaurants and parks:
Dinner Reservations at: Teatro del Rio, Ha (non-refundable), Dominical Brunch (non-refundable)
Parks: Xoximilco, Xel-Ha, Xenotes, Xichen
