Fun fact
While the famous rooster is usually gifted for good luck, it also is the product of a legend that claims that a roasted rooster resurrected to prove a man’s innocence. Charged with a crime he didn’t commit, the man pointed to his judge’s cooked poultry and declared it would caw if he was innocent…and it did!
